Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party acquires physical possession of the goods.

  • To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to submit the return before the corresponding period expires.
  • Returns have a cost of €4.95 which will be deducted at the time of processing the refund.
  • EJM is not responsible for the condition of the product/order if it does not travel in optimal packaging conditions.
  • Broken, opened, or tampered products will not be refunded.
  • If your order was paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you must provide us with an account number to process the refund.
  • Please try to send your return in a single package.

If you wish, you may return products on your own, bearing the cost and tracking of the package yourself. The delivery address must be:

If your return is not delivered to our facilities or the package arrives damaged, EJM is not responsible for refunding the product(s) inside.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the order(s) resulting from the withdrawal arrive at EJM's facilities.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the same, whichever condition is met first.

The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before said period has concluded. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts concerning:

  • The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
