Their manuscripts, translated into Latin, described how to extract the "quintessence" of plants and minerals through distillation: an essence with healing and transformative properties.

As a farmer, I discovered the world of dietary supplements by experimenting with the fermentation of black garlic and its bioactive compounds. The discovery of 8th-century manuscripts in my hometown, documenting natural remedies from the first Jewish community in Girona, inspired me to create a unique line that fuses these ancient formulas with modern science.
