Physiotherapist with PNI support
Approaches
Understand what is happening in the body, connect the different pieces, and establish priorities to work progressively on the causes and mechanisms involved.
About
I am a physical therapist with over 18 years of professional experience. Throughout my career, I have specialized in musculoskeletal ultrasound, orthopedic and sports injuries, persistent pain, and the management of various conditions related to the musculoskeletal and nervous systems.
My approach to health has always been based on an integrative and biopsychosocial perspective: every person is different, and therefore, I do not believe it is appropriate to address a symptom in isolation without considering the global context.
Over time, this interest led me to delve into Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), incorporating a broader view that takes into account the interactions between the body's different systems—digestive, immune, nervous, hormonal, and metabolic—to better understand the origin and the factors that may be perpetuating a dysfunction.
Currently, I combine my experience as a physical therapist with PNI counseling, especially for individuals with complex conditions or persistent symptoms who are seeking a more comprehensive view of their health.

About
My main motivation for dedicating myself to this field stems from my own personal experience. At 28, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and that diagnosis profoundly changed the way I understand health. The need to understand what was happening in my body led me to pursue training, conduct research, and discover the importance of looking beyond the diagnosis to approach the person in a holistic way.
I currently support people with chronic illnesses who want to better understand their bodies and take an active role in their health journey. In my practice, I focus particularly on nutrition, the gut microbiota, digestion, the nervous system, and habits, always adapting the strategy to each individual's needs.
My goal is to provide knowledge, support, and tools that help people regain autonomy and make more conscious decisions about their own health.

About
Soy dietista-nutricionista y enfermera.

About
I do not view nutrition as a restrictive diet with an expiration date, but rather as an ongoing process of education and adaptation to every stage of life.
As a Clinical Nutritionist and founder of my own practice in Barcelona, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families reach their health, body composition, and wellness goals through a 100% personalized and rigorous method.
I do not believe in generic solutions. Each body and lifestyle requires a unique strategy based on scientific evidence, precise analysis, and real nutritional education.
HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
• Family Nutrition and Life Stages: Tailored guidelines for the whole family and key stages of growth or aging.
• Clinical Nutrition and Pathologies: Nutritional approaches to managing illness to improve quality of life and treatment outcomes.
• Nutritional Re-education and Body Composition: Sustainable weight optimization and fitness plans.
MY METHODOLOGY AND TOOLS
To ensure measurable results and lasting habit change, I use a comprehensive approach in my practice:
✔ Multifrequency Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA): Analytical and segmented evaluation of body fat, muscle mass, and water distribution.
✔ Bespoke Meal Plans and Recipe Books: Documentation adapted to your tastes, schedule, and logistical needs.
✔ Intensive Nutritional Education Program: Tools to help you learn how to manage your nutrition autonomously and consciously.

About
I am a registered dietitian-nutritionist with a professional focus on clinical nutrition and objective body composition assessment. I support those who want to take care of themselves and eat better through realistic habit changes, always starting from where each person is and adapting the plan to their daily life.
She graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of the Basque Country (Faculty of Pharmacy) and completed part of her degree at the University of Granada through the SICUE mobility program. She later expanded her training with a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the Aleris Academy and obtained Level 1 ISAK Anthropometry certification, which allows her to measure and monitor body composition using a standardized method.
Her early clinical experience was focused on the hospital setting: she completed her degree internship in the Endocrinology and Nutrition unit of the Basurto University Hospital and became familiar with hospital diet therapy in the kitchen of a center in Galdakao. She completed her practical training by accompanying patients in consultation, carrying out daily nutritional monitoring and assessment.
Bilingual in Basque and Spanish—holding an EGA qualification and a high level of English—Iratxe works with curiosity and rigor, listening first to understand each person's starting point and proposing changes that can be sustained over time.

Approaches
Nutritional Coaching, Habit Coach, Bach Flowers, Therapeutic Massage, Nutritional Supplementation, Orthomolecular, Biohacking
About
I am passionate about the world of health.
My training as a Naturopath allows me to treat patients with a holistic vision. The basic pillars are always anti-inflammatory nutrition and habit restructuring.
I consider myself more of a Nutritional and Habit Coach than a dietician. In over 15 years of experience working with people, I have confirmed that the future of our health lies in epigenetics.
And health must be not only the absence of disease, but having control over our well-being at every moment. Whether it be through good anti-inflammatory nutrition, the use of specific quality supplements (whose efficacy can be measured), good habit hygiene, and the management of our emotions as well as stress.

About
Conventional medicine treats symptoms. I look for the root cause. I have proven something that a 10-minute medical consultation cannot do: when you treat the gut, hormones, inflammation, and the nervous system as what they are—an interconnected system—the body knows how to recover.
I have collaborated with the World Happiness Foundation and HappyForce.
I write about functional health in 20minutos and Heraldo.

About
I am a passionate researcher committed to the field of health, vitality, and wellness. From an early age, I have dedicated my life to exploring the connections between nature and human beings, seeking the paths to happiness, longevity, and a fulfilling life by addressing the integral health of body, mind, and energy.
In this journey, I have explored and practiced various disciplines, including naturopathy, diet therapy, yoga, Ayurveda, shamanism, the use of medicinal plants, Buddhism, Tantra, Qigong, and Taoist internal alchemy.
In 2012, I completed my training as a Naturopath and Hatha Yoga teacher. Later, in 2016, I immersed myself in manual therapies through Ayurvedic Massage and Kashmiri Tantric Massage. Since then, I have studied and practiced various currents of cooking and food philosophy, ranging from raw food and naturopathic hygienism to the Ayurvedic diet. I have also trained as a macrobiotic consultant.
In 2020, I traveled to Thailand to train as a Certified Instructor of the Universal Healing Tao, a complete system for health and vitality of Taoist origin, developed by Master Mantak Chia. This system includes practices of Qigong, emotional and sexual alchemy, and ancestral techniques to purify body, mind, and energy, with the goal of harmonizing us with our inner nature.
