My journey in the food supplement industry began from the ground up, as a farmer, experimenting with black garlic fermentation and its bioactive compounds.
The definitive impetus to delve deeper into the gut-brain axis came from my own environment; seeing my brother and close relatives live with autoimmune and inflammatory diseases made me understand how emotional and motor imbalances, as well as nutritional deficiencies, drastically diminish quality of life.
During my training period, I would coincide with a revealing discovery in my hometown: a series of 8th-century manuscripts documenting the natural remedies of Girona's first Jewish community.
That intersection between ancestral botany and modern scientific research became the spark to create a unique formulation line.
