Por que Maltodextina?

Me explicas por favor que papel juega la maltrodextina

La maltodrextina es un excipiente que utilizamos para encapsular la molécula de glucosa del ajo negro fermentado antes de hacer el extracto y liofilizarlo. Sino sería imposible poder pulverizarlo.

La formula tiene 4 tipos de procesos de fermentación y maduración. En cada proceso, los hongos y bacterias transforman la alicina en otros principios activos. En los dos últimos procesos de más de 120 días es donde se transforma con mayor glucosa.
