As a farmer, I first discovered the power of dietary supplements through my experiments fermenting black garlic and unlocking its bioactive compounds. That curiosity led me to a remarkable find centuries old manuscripts from the 8th century, uncovered in my hometown of Girona, documenting the natural remedies used by one of Europe’s earliest Jewish communities. Inspired by their wisdom, I created a unique line of products that blends these ancient healing traditions with modern science.
